The posterior distribution for each ratio was calculated as one minus the ratio of the prediction variance ignoring random effects to the prediction variance including random effects, estimated with a Bayesian model. Numbers shown are the mean and 95% highest density credible interval (HDCI) of the posterior distribution of variance ratios.
