Testing a new probe set for Bivalvia (Mollusca)

The dataset contains the UCE probe set file for bivalves and the files used in the process of creating this probe set. Additionally, final alignment matrices with UCE loci used to test the in vitro probe set of three different datasets are included: a total of 95 bivalve samples, a subsample of 40 species of the family Donacidae, and the remaining 57 non-Donacidae bivalves. Phylogenetic trees corresponding to each alignment matrix are also provided, generated with iqtree and ASTRAL software.
