Testing a new probe set for Bivalvia (Mollusca)

The dataset contains the UCE probe set file for bivalves and the files used in the process of creating this probe set. Additionally, final alignment matrices with UCE loci used to test the in vitro probe set of three different datasets are included: a total of 95 bivalve samples, a subsample of 40 species of the family Donacidae, and the remaining 57 non-Donacidae bivalves. Phylogenetic trees corresponding to each alignment matrix are also provided, generated with iqtree and ASTRAL software.本数据集包含双壳类的超保守元件（Ultraconserved Elements, UCE）探针组文件，以及用于构建该探针组的相关文件。此外，本数据集还收录了用于验证三套不同数据集体外探针组效果的、带有UCE位点的最终比对矩阵，涵盖三类样本：共计95份双壳类样本、紫云蛤科（Donacidae）40个物种的亚样本，以及剩余57份非紫云蛤科双壳类样本。同时，本数据集还提供了每份比对矩阵对应的系统发育树，这些树均通过IQ-TREE与ASTRAL软件构建生成。
