资源简介:
All data in this dataset are generated using the open‑source code Skyax, which solves the nuclear Skyrme–Hartree–Fock equations in coordinate space under the assumption of axial symmetry. The calculations employ the [specify Skyrme parametrization, e.g., SLy5, SMAi, TIJ, and so on ] energy density functional. Pairing correlations are treated within the BCS approximation. Reflection symmetry is broken, so octupole deformations are explicitly included. Constrained calculations are performed in the (β2,β3) plane: β2 is varied from −0.5 to 0.5 with a step of 0.05, and β3 from 0 to 0.5 with a step of 0.05. At each deformation point, convergence is achieved when the variation of the total energy is below 10−6 MeV and the multipole moments are stable to within 10−3 b. Numerical discretization uses a cylindrical grid with mesh sizes dz=dr=0.6 fm and grid points nz=nr=50, corresponding to a box of size z_max≈r_max≈30 fm.The dataset is organised into folders, each corresponding to a specific figure in the associated article. For figures that involve a small number of deformation points, the full Skyax output files (including densities, single‑particle energies, and multipole moments) are provided in plain text format. For figures with a large number of deformation points (e.g., potential energy surfaces over a dense grid), the raw output files are not uploaded due to their size. Instead, each such folder contains:the input file (*.in) that fully specifies the calculation, and a job submission script (for the SLURM/PBS/Torque queuing system) that reproduces all individual runs. The user can therefore regenerate every data point by running the provided script on a compatible computing cluster. No data are missing; all results are fully reproducible via the provided input files. No experimental uncertainties apply because this is a purely computational dataset. Numerical errors arising from the finite grid and iteration convergence are estimated to be below 0.01 MeV for binding energies and below 0.005 for deformation parameters β2 and β3, as verified by grid‑refinement tests (e.g., using dz=dr=0.4 fm for selected nuclei). The dataset contains no missing entries. The Skyax code is freely available at 10.1016/j.cpc.2020.107603. The executable provided is compiled for Linux; users may also compile the source code themselves using the included Makefile.
