资源简介:
Microorganisms are the key drivers of the carbon cycling in coastal marine sediment ecosystems, significantly influencing carbon storage and release in the Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis cultivation. Gracilariopsis species has ranked the second most cultivated macroalgae in China, due to their economic value and ecological restoration potential. In this study, the species composition and community structure of bacteria were characterized by 16S sequencing. This study was conducted in January 2024 in the coastal area of Zoumapu Village, Nan'ao Island, China, where large-scale cultivation of Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis has been practiced for decades. Six sampling sites were selected from each of two zones i.e., GZ (the G. lemaneiformis Cultivation Zone, GZ1-6) and CZ (Control Zone, CZ1-6) for this study. The control sea area is located in the adjacent sea area, with similar hydrological conditions and no aquaculture activities or other human pollution. Surface sediment samples were collected using a Peterson grab sampler.
