DWRAT Map (Public)

The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Division of Water Rights staff have developed an interactive tool that graphically displays water availability for water rights in the lower Russian River Watershed. Water rights are symbolized by circles, the colors of which correspond to shortage determinations. Water supply information was obtained from the Drought Water Rights Allocation Tool (DWRAT), a model developed by the SWRCB Division of Water Rights. Water demand was obtained from the SWRCB's eWRIMS database. Shortage determinations were made by comparing supply to demand.
