List of kinases above a mean signal of 5 (Log2NC) in only one of the two tested cell lines (U-118 MG, left panel; or KARPAS 299, right panel) and below a mean signal of 1 (Log2NC) in the other one, with respective gene expression values measured in technical duplicates of RNA mixtures from the two cell lines (KARPAS 299 and U-118 MG) in different proportions (100–0%; 87.5%-12,5%; 75–25%; 50–50%; 25–75%; 12.5–87.5%; 0–100%).
