Reproducible analysis code and processed results for: Type 2–antiviral immune imbalance across the united airway: a multi-cohort transcriptomic analysis of allergic rhinitis, asthma control and exacerbation susceptibility

This repository contains the complete reproducible workflow accompanying the manuscript: Type 2–antiviral immune imbalance across the united airway: a multi-cohort transcriptomic analysis of allergic rhinitis, asthma control and exacerbation susceptibility. The repository includes: R scripts used for data acquisition, preprocessing, statistical analysis, pathway scoring, and figure generation. The study analysed publicly available transcriptomic datasets obtained from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). No participant-level restricted data are redistributed. Users should obtain the original datasets directly from GEO before running the analysis pipeline.
