RNA-seq in keratinocytes knocking down SIRT7 under ionizing radiation conditions

To dissect the mechanism of SIRT7's radioprotective function in keratinocytes HaCaT cells, we knocked down SIRT7 using siRNA and performed RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: HaCaT cells were treated with siControl or siSIRT7 and then exposed to ionizing radiation. RNA of the treated cells was extracted and prepared for RNA-seq.
