The first Miocene fossils from coastal woodlands in the southern East African Rift

Datasets used in some of the comparative analyses carried out in 'The first Miocene fossils from coastal woodlands in the southern East African Rift' manuscript. The files included here are:

1) shark_morphometric_data.txt: 2D landmark data used in our geometric morphometric analyses of shark teeth
2) hyracoid_morphometric_data_m3.dta: 3D landmark data used in our geometric morphometric analyses of hyracoid third lower molars
3) hyracoid_morphometric_data_teeth_row.dta: 3D landmark data used in our geometric morphometric analyses of hyracoid dental rows
4) hyracoid_phylogeny_data.nex: Morphological matrix used in our phylogenetic inference analyses of hyracoids
