Microscopy data from the article : "Esc1-mediated anchoring regulates telomere clustering in response to metabolic changes" Ruault et al., 2026

This dataset contains the 3D-crop and the entire 3D field of all the 16bit-images published in Ruault et al., 2026 arranged by figures. These are images of yeast strain grown during metabolic transitions (from exponential phase to stationary phase) in which different proteins are tagged with GFP or mCherry. These strains are described in the paper.
