Ovary transciptomic profiles of starved surface fish and Pachón females

We performed bulk RNA sequencing on the ovaries from control and starved females of surface fish and Pachón cavefish, allowing us to study the effects of starvation on reproduction between surface fish and cavefish. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on right-side ovaries from 2 batches of age-matched control and starved surface fish and Pachón cavefish at approximately 500 and 1200 days post fertilization.
