Illumina reads generated using ddRAD-Seq for the eastern golden frogs (Pelophylax plancyi) sampled along an urban-to-rural gradient in the megacity, Shanghai

Here we use ddRAD-Seq to identify genome-wide SNP markers in 150 eastern golden frogs sampled from 15 local populations along an urban-to-rural gradient in the Shanghai City. SNP markers identified from these reads have been used to investigate demographic history and genetic diversity of these local populations, and the population strcuture of P. plancyi across the urbanization gradient in Shanghai.
