资源简介:
Dataset Title: Behavioral Stress Dataset for Multimodal AI Analysis
Author: Kosuru Karthik
Affiliation: Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, Andhra Pradesh, India
Email: kosuru0062@gmail.com
ABSTRACT:
This dataset contains 100 behavioral records designed for machine learning and deep learning-based stress prediction research. Each record includes demographic information (age, gender) and behavioral parameters (sleep duration, screen time, workload, physical activity) with corresponding stress levels.
DATASET STRUCTURE:
- Total Records: 100
- Total Columns: 9
- File Format: Excel (.xlsx)
- License: CC BY 4.0
COLUMN DETAILS:
| Column Name | Description | Range |
|-------------|-------------|-------|
| User_ID | Unique identifier | 1 to 100 |
| Age | Age in years | 21 to 26 |
| Gender | Male or Female | M, F |
| Sleep_Hours | Hours of sleep per day | 3.5 to 8.5 hours |
| Screen_Time_Hours | Hours on screen per day | 4.5 to 14.5 hours |
| Workload_Hours | Work/study hours per day | 4.2 to 11.0 hours |
| Physical_Activity_Minutes | Exercise minutes per day | 5 to 88 minutes |
| Stress_Level | Stress score (0-100) | 26 to 98 |
| Stress_Category | Categorical stress label | Low, Moderate, High |
STRESS CATEGORY RULES:
- Low Stress: Stress_Level 0-49
- Moderate Stress: Stress_Level 50-69
- High Stress: Stress_Level 70-100
POTENTIAL APPLICATIONS:
1. Machine Learning-based stress prediction (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest)
2. Neural Network behavioral pattern learning
3. Clustering analysis (K-Means)
4. Anomaly detection (Isolation Forest)
5. Time-series behavioral forecasting
6. Correlation analysis between behavioral parameters and stress
REUSE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open in Microsoft Excel or any CSV viewer
- Use with Python (pandas), R, MATLAB, or any data analysis tool
- No additional cleaning required - data is preprocessed and normalized
ETHICS STATEMENT:
This dataset contains simulated/anonymized data. No real human subjects were involved. Data can be freely used for academic and research purposes.
