This is a gene expression analysis by RNA-seq in osteoclast differentiation. We analyzed the whole RNA extracted by bone marrow macrophages (BMMs, after 3-day M-CSF stimulation to bone marrow cells), pre-osteoclasts (after 1-day RANKL stimulation to BMMs), and osteoclasts (after 3-day RANKL stimulation to BMMs) derived from two-types of mice, wild-type and interferon regulatory factor 8 (IRF8) knock-out.
