Dustwatch Modelled Data Collection

The Modelled Wind Erosion project is a collaborative project between University of Southern Queensland (USQ), NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH), Dept. of Agriculture, Forests and Fisheries (DAFF), and Griffith University (GU) to document wind erosion patterns and trends. Modelled Wind Erosion uses the Computational Environmental Management System (CEMSYS) numerical model to determine the extent and severity of wind erosion across Australia, and within NRM regions. The data can be used by National Resource Management (NRM) bodies and the Australian Government for resource condition reporting. Modelled extent data is available from February 2000 -- present at 10 km and 50 km resolution.模拟风蚀（Modelled Wind Erosion）项目是由南昆士兰大学（USQ）、新南威尔士州环境与遗产办公室（OEH）、农业、林业与渔业部（DAFF）以及格里菲斯大学（GU）联合发起的合作项目，旨在系统性记录风蚀格局与演变趋势。本项目采用计算环境管理系统（CEMSYS）数值模型，测算澳大利亚全境及国家资源管理（NRM）区域内的风蚀范围与严重程度。该数据集可被国家资源管理（NRM）机构与澳大利亚政府用于资源状况报告工作。模拟风蚀范围数据集的时间跨度为2000年2月至今，空间分辨率分为10千米与50千米两类。
