MALDI-MSI Profiling of N-linked Glycans in MYCN-amplified and MYCN non-amplified Human Neuroblastomas

Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry imaging was performed on human MYCN-amplified (AMP) and MYCN non-amplified (NON) neuroblastomas. Neuroblast-rich regions were histologically identified on adjacent slide H&E analysis. Average total ion count for N-linked glycans are displayed. All specimens had previously received chemotherapy pretreatment.
