Data for: Stress relaxation is strain-dependent in viscoelastic alginate hydrogels
收藏资源简介:
Bulk-rheology data underlying the figures of the manuscript "Stress relaxation is strain-dependent in viscoelastic alginate hydrogels" (Biomaterials Science, Emerging Investigators Series). The deposit contains frequency and strain-amplitude sweeps and stress-relaxation measurements at 5, 15, 30 and 50% applied strain for high-molecular-weight (~145 kDa) and low-molecular-weight (~39 kDa) ionically crosslinked alginate hydrogels, measured on a TA Instruments AR2000ex rotational rheometer. Files are individual measurement exports (one sample per file); see README.md for the file-naming convention and the mapping to manuscript figures. Nanoindentation data and the analysis code are not included in this version and will be added in a later version of this record.
