水果制品中柠檬黄含量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区水果制品中柠檬黄含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断水果制品中柠檬黄含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因柠檬黄残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对某区域内40余种水果制品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 5009.35-2016,采用纸片法对水果制品中柠檬黄含量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出柠檬黄的检测结果,通过GB 5009.28-2016对水果制品中柠檬黄含量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,水果制品中柠檬黄含量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;水果制品中柠檬黄含量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The content of tartrazine in fruit products has long been a concern of consumers. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the tartrazine content of fruit products in Yinzhou District. Based on the test data, it is possible to determine whether the tartrazine content in fruit products meets the food safety production standards, thereby avoiding food safety issues caused by excessive residual tartrazine, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments, and further safeguarding consumers' food safety.
Sampling was conducted on over 40 types of fruit products in a specific region. In accordance with the National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.35-2016, the paper disk method was employed to collect samples for tartrazine content detection in fruit products, which were then transported back to the laboratory for testing and the tartrazine test results were screened out. The compliance of tartrazine content in fruit products with the standard was judged based on GB 5009.28-2016 to evaluate their edible safety.
The qualified rate of tartrazine content in fruit products = number of qualified sample items / number of tested samples;
The test results of problematic items from the safety evaluation of tartrazine content in fruit products can serve as a basis for food industry safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
