Metal ion transporters containing Pfam domains [PF01554 (MatE), PF08370 (PDR_assoc), PF01545 (Cation_efflux), PF02535 (Zip), PF00403 (HMA), PF01566 (Nramp)], LCT1 (unannotated transcripts by RAP, identified by the Cufflinks program) and LCT1 homologues upregulated more than 5-fold in one or more of the tissue/treatments combinations are shown.
