资源简介:
Data in this data set is reported in English. Please find the attached file "readme.txt" for more information regarding e.g., abbreviations or instrument details. This data set is the documentation of results obtained in the framework of 1-year grant PRELUDIUM funded by NCN (Poland) entitled New Thrombospondin-1-deriving Peptides as TGF-β Activators of Cosmeceutical Interest. Files listed below comprise the current state of art in the field of peptide activators of TGF-beta deriving from thrombospondin-1, attempts to quantify the activation by known activators using Surface Plasmon Resonance, method validation involving ELISA assays, and full description of experimental procedures.Included files:Current (March 2022) state of art in the field of peptide TGF-beta activators and the methods for its quantification in the sampleLC-MS data confirming the purity of peptides synthesized for the purpose of the project. All experiments were described in this study involved peptides presented hereinThe PDF file containing all obtained results: tables, graphs, and figures. Experiments were described in a detailed way with all necessary reagents. Results elaborated in this file are based on raw data from Excel sheets attached in this data setUV-Vis The SpectraMax® Plus 384 Microplate Reader (Molecular Devices) data for the initial testing.
