The article consider cognitive aspects of Internet-communications and stated that in general cases the transfer of knowledge from theauthor to the user accompanied by some loss of information, that is entropy. Determined approach to reducing information entropy – acognitive-oriented network resources that provide information about the authors of documentary information. The publication examinesthe convergence of documentaries and cognitive oriented resource that is in the V. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine through theorganization of hypertext links between them.
