Wild Rubus showing virus like symptoms was analysed using RT-PCR. Further analysis was performed using NGS. Total RNA was extracted from leaves using MagMax 96 Total RNA Isolation Kit (Life Technologies). RiboMinus Plant Kit for RNA-Seq (Life Technologies) was used to eliminate rRNA from the sample. Sample was sequenced on Ion Torrent PGM.
