Quantitative comparison of three main metabolites in leaves of coffea accessions

Dataset shows the metabolic content in leaves of 80 coffee accessions, sampled on July 20, 2019 from the germoplasm bank, located at the University of Chapingo in Huatusco, Veracruz, Mexico. Samples were processed by UPLC-MS/MS for quantification of caffeine, trigonelline and neochlorogenic acid (5-caffeoylquinic acid). Data are presented as percentage with their respective standard deviation.本数据集收录了80份咖啡种质材料的叶片代谢物含量信息。所有样品于2019年7月20日采自位于墨西哥韦拉克鲁斯州瓦图斯科市的查平戈大学种质资源库（germoplasm bank）。实验采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法（UPLC-MS/MS）对样品中的咖啡因、葫芦巴碱以及新绿原酸（5-咖啡酰奎宁酸）进行定量分析。数据以百分比形式呈现，并附带各自对应的标准偏差。
