Performance measurement and reporting in St. prp.nr. 1, 1994

The purpose of the project was to emphasize the organizational and administrative conditions to alter the state budget to be more performance oriented. One therefore sought to identify relevant aspects of the proceedings in the ministries. The collected information about the person's education, experience, knowledge about goals and performance management, job content, information, work with private matters, traditions, expectations, attitudes and norms. It was conducted a postal survey of all employees from senior executive to the Secretary in all ministries.
