Transcriptomic data and differential expression results of flow-resistant and non-resistant large yellow croaker

This dataset includes the results of RNA-seq-based differential gene expression analyses of flow-resistant and non-resistant large yellow croakers (Larimichthys crocea). It contains raw count matrices, DEG results, GO/KEGG enrichment tables, and gene annotations. These data support the findings of the associated research manuscript.
