CGGBP1 has been implicated in transcription regulation. We tried to investigate the molecular mechanism of how transcription is regulated by depletion of CGGBP1 protein. Overall design: siRNA for CGGBP1 or its control was transfected into U-2OS Tet-ON cells and cultured for 72h followed by SLAM-Seq analysis.
