Metabolites in kelulut honey of the stingless bees, Heterotrigona itama and Tetrigona binghami from Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia: LC-MS/MS-QTOF Dataset

This is a dataset of metabolites found in stingless bee or Kelulut honey (KH) of Heterotrigona itama and Tetrigona binghami bee species from three different nests in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. The honey samples were firstly prepared using sugaring-out assisted liquid-liquid extraction method and then subjected to Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry with Quadrupole Time-of-Flight, operated in the negative ion mode. The compounds' name, average mass, m/z values, base peaks, retention times, and many other METLIN database search hit identities are included in this dataset.
