Transcriptomic analysis of the pituitary gland of mice with Pou1f1 c.143-83A>G variant. Mus musculus

Pou1f1 is pituitary-specific transcription factor, and causes, when mutated, combined pituitary hormone deficiency in humans and mice. The goal of this project are to identify the differentially expressed genes with the variant. This study will facilliate establishing a better understanding of the role of Pou1f1 tanscripts in pituitary development in vivo.
