DNA methylation from three protocols for neural-like cells derived from adipose stem cells (hASC) Overall design: The study aimed to compare the DNA methylation differences between three culture media for the differentiation of neural-like cells from human adipose-derived stem cells (hASC) using methylation array technology (450K, Illumina). The identified differently methylated CpG were further analyzed in funcoitnal assays to study their implicatoin on the differentiatin processes.
