The dataset includes the part of the results used in the article titled: "Oxidation kinetics and electrical properties of oxide scales formed under exposure to air and Ar–H2-H2O atmospheres on the Crofer 22 H ferritic steel for high-temperature applications such as interconnects in solid oxide cell stacks". The data includes only the results from studies funded by NCN OPUS 25 project granted to Dr Maciej Bik (results of Raman spectroscopy ex-situ studies).
