Splicing Factor KD Phosphoproteomics: Supplementary Data

Data associated with manuscript titled "Evaluating splicing factor and kinase network crosstalk through global phosphoproteomics", in which we profiled the global phosphorylation changes induced by splicing factor knockdown (focused on U2AF1 and SRSF3). As part of this work, we compared phosphorylation changes to mRNA regulation measured from ENCODE knockdown experiments. Found in this repository is all downstream analysis used in this manuscript, including processed ENCODE datasets, kinase activity predictions, and KATMAP models.
