Data for "VKORC1-based resistance to rodenticides widespread in Finnish house mice but not in brown rats"

rat_allele_R2.csv is the allele data for the mice samples, including polymorphisms in <em>Vkorc1</em> gene, in the format used by poppr package <br> rodenticide.csv includes the raw data for .rodent individuals (Id), catching date (Date) and year (Year). For each sample, there is species identification (Species), sexing (Sex) and location based on site (Location), urban or rural environment (Type), municipality (Municipality) and LAU2-based subregion (Subregion). Polymorphism data includes data whether there is any anticoagulant-resistanca linked polymorphism (Any) or specific alleles (Y139C; L128S and R33P) and information whether the individual is hetero- or homozygote (zygosity).
