Financing the Litigation Arms Race, Replication Package

This is the replication package for "Financing the Litigation Arms Race" in the Journal of Financial Economics by Samuel Antill and Steven R. Grenadier.

This is a theory paper, so there is no data.

To produce the figures appearing the main article, simply run the file master.m, ensuring the other .m files are in the same folder. This will solve our model and plot equilibrium objects for various parameterizations to produce the figures.

We ran master.m using Matlab2022b and it produced all figures in approximately 1.5 minutes.

Note, we used the matlab2tikz program to turn matlab figures into .tex files. The files for the matlab2tikz program are included.
