Transcriptome analysis of the follicle tissues of Bmp15 knockdown gilts

The goal of the study is to investigate if BMP15 knockdown alter the dynamic development of porcine ovarian follicle. Both 4 ovarian follicle stages (PF, SF, SAF, AF) and COCs of transgenic (TGF) and sibling (WT) gilts have been detected. The follicular tissues of different stages are collected from 5 animal individuals at different ages by laser capture microdissection. COCs are collected from 3 animal individuals at age of 365 days.
