Diagnostic sites for a human contamination test (https://github.com/kuhlwilm/HuConTest). These are defined as sites in the genome (version hg19) where most high-coverage individuals from the three great ape species complexes (<i>Pan</i>, <i>Gorilla</i>, <i>Pongo</i>) differ from modern humans.
