Regenerative landscape of intestinal organoids (scRNA-Seq)

We use RNA sequencing to describe transcriptional changes induced in intestinal organoids cultured in presence of retinoic signaling modulators Overall design: Examination of transcriptional profiles of intestinal organoids cultured from single cells in 4 treatment conditions by single-cell RNA sequencing. Organoids generated from 2 individual mice in duplicate, extraction at 24, and 96 hours post-treatment. Sampling of ca. 5000 single cells per treatment condition and timepoint.
