V085 RESULT BOUNDARYThe frozen-v6 five-transform confirmation completed PASS as a computation, but neither tested E-to-P candidate exit was confirmed: the piecewise bracket changed E to A and the sign bracket remained D to D. This is a bounded negative/confirmation result for the specified operators, observables, strengths and frozen-v6 engine; it does not establish transform universality. TRANSPORT RESULT BOUNDARYThe v029 raw/full constraint graph has cycle rank 1,380. Removing 1,314 reciprocal/parallel holonomy-zero redundancies leaves reduced cycle rank 66; all 66 reduced independent cycles carry Z/2 holonomy 1. This is a mathematical obstruction within the defined construction and is not asserted here as a physical arrow-of-time or spacetime-orientability result.
