The study was carried out to study the effect of small RNA MTS1338 on the M. tuberculosis transcriptome under various stress conditions (low pH, oxidative and nitrosative stress) . Control ("Empty" pMV vector, pMV_E) and overexpressing MTS1338 (1338over) strains of M. tuberculosis were grown to a logarithmic growth stage, then treated with stress conditions according to the described protocol. All experiments were performed in biological triplicates
