Real data for Shelter location problem, disaster preparedness

OR-lib based and Kartal, Istanbul based randomly generated instances with various parameter values as explained in our open access paper (https://doi.org/10.1080/24725854.2018.1496372). The python script Data_Reader.py can read CVS files and provide a python dictionary which can be used easily. GDX files can be used to import the same information to Gams.本数据集包含基于运筹学库（OR-lib）以及土耳其伊斯坦布尔卡尔塔尔区生成的各类随机算例，其参数取值多样，详细说明可参见我们的开放获取论文（https://doi.org/10.1080/24725854.2018.1496372）。Python脚本Data_Reader.py可读取CSV文件并生成便于直接使用的Python字典对象。GDX文件可用于将相同数据集导入至Gams（通用代数建模系统）中。
