Supplemental data set for pan-S-locus project in the orange subfamily

The following supplemental data set are available in the online version of pan-S-locus project. This supplementary dataset includes all the analysis process and result files of this project, including the sequences information of the pan-S-locus in the orange subfamily, gene annotation, flanking sequences, transposon elements annotation, pseudogene analysis, S-gene (S-RNase and SLF) sequences, and S-like gene (S-like-RNase and non-S-locus F-box genes) sequences. More detailed results of the paper "Pan-S-locus analysis reveals insights into the origin and evolution of self-incompatibility in the orange subfamily" are provided at Supplemental Data Set.
