Ti/HAp composites in SBF environment: structural characteristics and biological response of hydroxyapatite

This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting the results presented in the article entitled “Ti/HAp composites in SBF environment: structural characteristics and biological response of hydroxyapatite.” The data were collected to characterize the structural, physicochemical, and biological behavior of titanium-hydroxyapatite (Ti/HAp) composites under conditions simulating the physiological environment. The dataset includes raw results from the following measurements: X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis for phase identification and structural characterization, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) for chemical bonding and functional group analysis, pH measurements recorded during the incubation of samples, Conductivity measurements performed throughout the incubation process, Cytotoxicity assays of hydroxyapatite (HAp) for biological response and biocompatibility evaluation. XRD and FTIR data are provided as raw diffraction and absorption spectra, enabling independent verification of the phase composition and chemical structure of the investigated materials. The pH and conductivity data consist of complete time-dependent series collected during sample incubation in simulated body fluid (SBF), allowing detailed analysis of interfacial processes between the material surface and the surrounding solution. Cytotoxicity data are presented as raw quantitative values suitable for further statistical and comparative analyses.
