存储预警指挥项目所采购的应急装备的基础信息。为实现全省应急装备的统一管理和调度，应急装备信息由全省各级应急管理部门进行上报，上级部门进行审核，主要包括视频会商终端、卫星电话、北斗终端、370M等装备。
