400-400 ng gDNA of cultures of P. aeruginosa wildtype (PAO1) and seroswitched strain (O5) were processed with SQK-NBD114 library preparation kit and sequenced on an R10.4.1 flow cell using ONT MinION Mk1c device. The submitted sequencing reads were basecalled with Dorado (sup model) and filtered with Filtlong to keep reads with a minimum length of 1000 bp and threw out the worst 10% of read bases (--min_length 1000 --keep_percent 90).
