Profit/loss of banks in Denmark 2008-2018

At an aggregated level, the banks in Denmark made losses of little more than six billion Danish kroner in 2008, and further losses of around 15.6 billion Danish kroner in 2009. The following years, from 2010 onwards, the banks started to make profits again which increased annually until 2017, where the profit peaked at around 37.6 billion Danish kroner. The profit decreased again in 2018, when it was around 26.7 billion Danish kroner.
