RNA sequencing CLBL-1 and GL-1 cell lines

A transcriptome analysis was performed in two canine hematopoietic cell lines, CLBL-1 (B-cell lymphoma) and GL-1 (B-cell leukemia). RNA was obtained from cultures of the both cell lines during unperturbed growth and sequenced by Novogene (UK).
