The goal is to assess whether interferon-inducible RNA regulates type I IFN through cytosolic RNA sensor MDA5. Huh7 cells were treated with or without IFN beta. Anti-MDA5 immunoprecipitation was conducted in these treated cells and, RNAs pulled-down with MDA5 were extracted for RNA sequencing analysis to identify specific MDA5-binding RNAs.
