This dataset comprises the list of different assemblies used to characterise the building stock of the City of Melbourne, Australia in 2016. It is based on expert knowledge in construction and architectural history.<br>Note that the dataset is used to provide an average material composition of construction assemblies. It should be considered as an indication only.
