Multiple Sequence Alignments Supporting the Phylogeny of Stropharia viridis and S. misionensis

This repository contains the multiple sequence alignments used for the phylogenetic analyses presented in the study. The files include curated alignments in FASTA/NEXUS formats, prepared for Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian inference. These datasets correspond to all loci analyzed in the manuscript and are provided to ensure reproducibility and transparency of the phylogenetic results.
