Raw 10 ns OpenMM production MD trajectories for BMS-986205 against wild-type Nipah virus RdRp (C_BMS_WT, 5 replicates) and the W730A mutant (D_BMS_MUT, 5 replicates). Each replicate contains production.dcd (coordinates), production.log (energies/temperature), and production_final.pdb (last frame).
